Cateran Rebels

Founded during the 2nd Dark Age this Clan was based in the town of Kelay. Under the leadership of the Mayor of Kelay Slit and the two city council members GodofChaos and Lasher this clan grew. Eventually they waged war against the world of Hollow and gained control over all the lands west of the Milous Plains. They erected a castle on the east side of the village of Kelay.
The Clan was eventually defeated by the Forsaken Knights after a rebellion began under the leadership of Alexander. Alexander armies fought against the Cateran Rebels and even though
the war waged on for a long time the Cateran Rebels barely managed to win. Immediately after the
conclusion of the shadow war as it became known, the Forsaken Knights invaded and defeated Slit and sent him into exile.
Many years later Slit returned and upon his return the elves of the sage were becoming refugees.
He proclaimed that he would end stop the carnage and try to rebuild the Cateran Rebels to bring stability to his people once again.

1. Do not kill a Cateran citizen, the penalty is death 2. Do not steal from a Cateran citizen, the penalty shall be the cutting off of your hand.

Justiciar is Judge, Jury and Executioner. He travels the lands and looks for people who break the law of the Cateran and should he find someone doing that he immediately dispenses justice upon them.
Herald is in charge of sending out and collecting messages for the Emperor as well as looking for possible recruits for the Empire.
Archivist is in charge of studying artifacts and tomes and discovering their secrets.
