A list of characters who are inactive and a new character by the same name has been created by another player. Note, famous characters cannot be moved to the Inactive Character list, because no one can create a new character by that name. For example, no one can create a character called Sven, or a character named after a former or current admin, or any other famous player.
If in doubt, check with the admin.
