The Imperial Tournament

Rules

  1. All duels will be pre-scheduled. You shall have ample time to complete them. If they are not completed in said time, the person who does not show up at the allotted time shall be considered a "no-show" with the present person declared the winner.
  2. All duels must be attended by, at minimum, 3 judges. The results shall be on a majority decision and forwarded to Ryeanna or Vuryal
  3. All contests shall take place at their assigned location. The finals of each event will take place at the Grand Arena near Castle Archmosia. NOW DEFUNCT The final will take place at one of the arenas that was used for the previous rounds.
  4. Judges may be selected from individuals who ARE NOT participating in that specific event in the tourney. If one cannot be found, then a judge MAY be selected from the pool from A) people who have already lost or B) someone who will NOT face either combatant in a later round.
  5. All decisions are final. No disputes. The judges shall be chosen in this fashion: 1 judge selected by Player A, 1 judge selected by Player B, 1 judge selected by both Player A and B. However, Player A may refuse Player B's judge, and Player B may refuse Player A's judge. This is only done, however, if there is a known bias, and as such an admin MUST be involved in the replacement of the judge.
  6. Basic RP duel rules apply: 3 rounds each (Rd 1a: Attack | Defense/Attack | Rd 2: Defense/Attack | Defense/Attack | Rd 3: Defense/Attack | Defense/Attack | Rd 1b: Defense | Judging), 10-15 mins per round +/- 2 minutes, control moves allowed, auto hits are not, 3 judges must be present, and an audience can participate IC in watching the duel, or else OOC is acceptable. However, anyone found being disruptive WILL be dealt with.

  • Must have been on Hollow less than 1 year (combined with all other previous chars, if applicable)
