Ancient Elven Sun Crest - (Armor-Body)

Description:

To put it simply, a necklace or a choker, although the manlier term is typically 'neckband'. A circular amber stone resides in a setting of silver which has been shaped to mimic the rays of the sun. This adornment is placed on a band of solid silver that clips around the neck and is rather difficult to remove, due to the item's enchanted nature and tendency to want to stick to those it approves of. Adjusts in size to fit the wearer snugly, but may attempt to burn a wearer it deems unworthy.

History:

An ancient elven artifact created to augment and control the power of Elethial the Solar, and hidden in the carving of a face grotesquely mimicking the sun and moon on each side. It and Elethial came into Kirien's possession during his and Lirithen's impromptu treasure hunt. A few years down the line, the crest was delivered to the eldermage Tiphareth as a gift, along with the sword itself.
