A highly abusive pirate's parrot, Percy was once owned by Cornelius Von Penzance until his unfortunate demise. Now in the possession of Svilfon, it spends most its time flying around Frostmaw, abusing anything that happens to catch its eye.

History:

When Cornelius Von Penzance was slain by the dark elf Kuzial, the dandy bequeathed the parrot to Svilfon. The wizard suspects Cornelius did this to torture him.
